With all the BS from AI 'Artists' overtaking everything around online it's time to finally make the move to migrate off this website. It's really slipped into something that I don't like being on and I'm tired of trying to put forth effort into chasing views and favorites for so little return. I get way more interaction on Instagram and Tumblr in that respect so I'm headed over there. Again like before I'm not deactivating but I'm definitely NOT going to be on here as much anymore. I'll still post my last sets of commissions up but once those are done I'm going to be heading out.

I'm grateful for the friendships I've made and the watcher base I've cultivated so if you guys are still interested in me, my art and my stories please feel free to follow me on and across other sites online.

I miss everyone a lot but I feel way better being off this site for the bulk of my time. I've not been making as much art as usual since I've been in Publishing Mode but I still dabble every now and again. I'm trying to stream again some more over on Twitch (Username: FragmentsofMagic ) so feel free to give me a follow there when I randomly pop on :> Streaming more is one of my goals this year so I'm going to try to get on a better schedule with it♥

I hope you guys enjoy the journey that Amber and Brentan will take as this has been a culmination of several years of drafting to get it how I wanted. You guys have been through the thick of it with me and I can't wait to show you my final actual factual canon version. It's been a ride and I'm glad to be nearing the finish line of this particular leg of this journey ♥

Book 2 is in the works. Got the first draft done last year but let it simmer for a while and now I'm getting back to it with completely rewriting it for Draft 2 which is going over well now that I have a solid foundation in book 1's canon events.

Synopsis: Amber's dull life tucked away in the woods is upended when her mentor, Sage, is captured by the King's men for crimes against the crown. Armed with an elemental magic she can only half wield, Amber must set off to journey across the realm to seek help in rescuing Sage from the palace dungeons. Hot diggity dog guys! I got it done! 40 Chapters, over 100K words and all I can say is yay me! Next step is editing which is in the process of happening and in the mean time I've also got some query letters sent out to see if any publishers would like to partner with me to get this story out into the world! I'm trying not to put all my eggs in one basket banking on a publisher but if no one picks it up I'll self publish it myself. Never hurts to try!

This story started in late 2016 and now 6 years later I'm finally at a point where I can say hey: I've got a real story I'm telling! I am super proud of myself and I'm going to bask in that for the rest of the year probably haha I looked back at all the old art I've made for it and am really taken aback by just how many iterations the story has gone through to end at the one that's what's currently written. So many plot lines and so many scenes aren't going to make it how they were drawn but they've been rearranged well enough that I hope I can add them in eventually♥

So with that off my plate for the moment I've got some free time which I'll be devoting to NaNoWriMo next month and will be putting that energy towards The Trick Tower Tourist! Trick Tower was supposed to only be a short little thing but it's currently already over 74K for the first draft so wish me luck in getting this thing finished XD This is my for funsies story that I have up on Royal Road for free if you'd like to give it a look-see:

It's currently on hiatus since I was putting my main effort back into Fragments Draft 4 so stay tuned for new chapters to come out during the month of November~♥

So yeah just poking my head up to give an update! Hopefully I'll have more exciting updates coming along soon! I should hear back from publishers around December so stay tuned ;)

We're steadying out over here now FINALLY lol~

It's seems that end of the Quarter that appears to be the most chaotic points in my life. Got fixed up with Kiddo in childcare and he seems to be enjoying it and I am enjoying the help. Double edged sword: since he's in daycare he's bringing home ALL the germs so the whole family gets knocked out for a week together. I just crawled out from that hole from this last week here and DAMN I'm ready to be done being sick.

I have a few more days to finish out my Goal of getting Fragments Draft 4 done by this quarter so I'll be pushing hard in that direction for the remaining week.

I really like how they run their website and their zero tolerance policy with stalkers and ban evaders versus how they do it here on Deviantart so I'll be moving galleries over there. Which granted is going to be hard since I've been here for over half my life for my own art but at the same time: When the CopyKat keeps showing up in my inbox because she's commissioning all the artists I follow it's hard to keep a level head and or enjoy being on this website anymore. Either way: I'm moving to Toyhou.se and I'll have lots of extra Invite Codes if my followers would like one to keep an eye on my stuff! I won't be gone from online completely though! I'll still be posting to Instagram and sometimes Tumblr but the bulk of my art and art things will be going to Toyhou.se instead of here starting in October.

Don't worry: I will not delete my account here but it will just sit unused and will be a place for me to utilize as a visual library with everything I've ever faved :)

So yeah that's where I'm at with my life right now. I'm just tired and tired of all the bullshit so I'm finally removing myself from it. It's been almost 10 years and it's time to fucking close this chapter of my online life and look forward to bigger and better things.
